Forecast & Planning Administrator

Geary's Bakeries is seeking a Planning Administrator to work with the Demand Planner and Senior Materials Planner. You will forecast future product demand using data to optimise production plans, reduce downtime, and improve cash flow, stock levels, and service.

You will also place orders for ingredients, packaging, and consumables, considering lead times and minimum order quantities. Key responsibilities include SKU master data, forecast maintenance, BOM reviews, and day-to-day order
