Football Development Officer: Club Growth & Partnerships

Liverpool FA is seeking a Football Development Officer (Club Development) to support the delivery of grassroots strategies and the Thriving Community Club framework. You will engage England Football Accredited clubs, monitor progress, and coordinate with FA consultants and partners to drive sustainable club development.

The role focuses on strengthening pathways, increasing opportunities for players across pathways, and delivering high-quality support to volunteer staff within clubs.
