The Opportunity

Quorum Search Partners is recruiting aFoodservice Sales Executivefor a leading food business supplying some of the most recognised and trusted brands in the market to the food service sector.

This is a field-based role focused on managing and growing an established customer base across Leinster. You will build on existing relationships, develop accounts, and drive commercial growth across regional wholesalers in Leinster and end user accounts inc cafés, restaurants, hotels, catering outlets and hospitality operators.

What you will do;

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory across Leinster
  • Build long term relationships with food service customers
  • Grow account value, product range and customer spend
  • Support distribution through wholesale and supply partners
  • Run tastings, promotions and product launches
  • Identify commercial opportunities with customers
  • Work on pricing and account development plans
  • Visit customers regularly and maintain strong market presence
  • Spend time in the West Dublin office when required

What you need:

  • Experience selling into food service or hospitality (restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering, QSR or similar)
  • Territory Sales, Field Sales or Sales Executive background
  • Experience selling food products, ingredients or FMCG preferred
  • Strong relationship building and account management skills
  • Commercial approach focused on growth and development
  • Full driving licence
