Food-to-Go Product Developer - NPD & Packaging

WHSmith is seeking a Product Developer to lead food-to-go product development across sandwiches, hot foods, bakery, snacks, and drinks. You will translate consumer and competitor insights into compelling briefs and manage the full development cycle from brief to listing.

You will drive innovation, brief suppliers, balance quality with margins, and collaborate with buying, quality, operations, and marketing to ensure on-time delivery.
