Food Shift Lead - Store Readiness & Service

Marks & Spencer in Aberdeen is seeking a store colleague to lead the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready for trading. You will coordinate resources to deliver daily operational tasks and support the Colleague Manager in their absence.

The role involves leading a team, maintaining a clean, safe store, and providing a high level of customer service. 18+ with flexible hours and ability to work evenings/weekends is preferred.
