Food Shift Lead - Drive Store Readiness & Service

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to serve, sell and fill, and support the Colleague Manager in store leadership during opening and closing tasks.

This frontline role requires hands-on leadership, commitment to customer service, and the ability to respond to call outs. Shifts include Tue, Thu, Fri and Sat 15:00-21:00, with opportunities to grow into greater responsibility.
