Hours: 40 Hour Contract
Unit: ASDA Junction One
Salary: £27,970
Overall Purpose:
We have an excellent opportunity for ambitious, enthusiastic and experienced Food Service Manager. You would be a multitasker and would be passionate in delivering a world class service to our clients and customers. You would be managing the front line team and performing various tasks associated with food production, front of house services and any general support required with due regard to Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations. You would be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the unit to provide great quality Food Service and Support Services as required.
Essential Criterias:
- Able to deliver Great Customer Service
- Team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable
- Positive outlook, demonstrates professionalism, courtesy and openness with others
- Able to work in a busy environment and deliver excellent standards
- Basic numeracy & literacy skills
- Good command of English to be able to liaise with customers & colleagues
- Takes pride in personal appearance
Desirable Criteria:
- Competent in IT
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering or customer service or relevant area
- Experience of working in a busy environment involving high levels of customer care
