Food Service Team Leader - Fast, Customer Focused Shift

Asda is seeking a proactive Team Leader for our Food Services team at Chippenham, supervising branded outlets such as Greggs, Subway or Burger King. You will lead the team on shift, keep operations running smoothly and ensure high service and food-safety standards.

You will support new starters, manage daily routines and drive a customer-focused, efficient environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and weekend/evening flexibility on a 36-hour week.
