Food Service Shift Lead - Lead the Floor & Opening Ops

Marks & Spencer Plc seeks a Shift Lead to oversee the fill operation and ensure a ready-to-trade salesfloor. You will coordinate resources, lead the team, and model our customer service standards, whilst supporting the Colleague Managers and acting as a key holder for opening and closing duties.
