As a Food Service Assistant with Sodexo at Unilever Four Acres, you'll play an important part in creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience for everyone who visits the site.

You'll support the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service, helping to ensure every guest receives a positive experience. You'll work as part of a friendly team in a busy corporate environment where great service, presentation and attention to detail matter.

What you'll do:

• Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to customers and visitors.
• Assist with the preparation, presentation and service of food and refreshments.
• Serve customers efficiently and help ensure service areas are well stocked and presented.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across food service and customer areas.
• Follow food safety, health and safety and Sodexo procedures at all times.
• Support colleagues during busy service periods and work together to provide a consistently high standard of service.
• Respond positively to customer requests and help create an enjoyable experience for everyone visiting the site.

What you bring:

• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work confidently in a busy customer-facing environment.
• Previous catering, hospitality or customer service experience would be beneficial.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
