Food Safety & Quality Lead

Dawn Meats in Kildare town is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Officer to support the FSQ function, ensuring compliance with legislation, customer requirements and Dawn Group standards. You will work with the FSQ Manager to uphold the food safety culture, manage QMS records, audits, SOPs, and training, and contribute to animal welfare and hygiene programs across the site.
