HiStory Hospitality are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Food Runner to join the opening team of a new restaurant within a stunning country estate in Buckinghamshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a launch team, supporting a professional front of house and kitchen operation in a premium countryside environment with a strong focus on quality, teamwork and guest experience.

Food Runner Requirements

• Motivated and energetic Food Runner with experience in restaurants, hotels or hospitality environments, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong understanding of food service standards, ensuring dishes are delivered to guests promptly, accurately and with care.
• Ability to work closely with chefs and the front of house team to ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and restaurant floor.
• Confident delivering food to guests while maintaining professional presentation and service etiquette.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure correct dishes are served to the right tables and guests.
• Ability to support the service team by assisting with table setup, clearing and maintaining restaurant presentation standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced service environment while maintaining efficiency and composure.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues during busy service periods.
• Professional presentation and a positive, friendly approach to hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required in a hospitality environment.
• A genuine interest in hospitality and the opportunity to develop within a professional restaurant team.
