Food Quality Analyst - Hands-On, Temp-to-Perm

Staffline is recruiting a Technical Quality Analyst in Aylesbury for a fast-paced food manufacturer. The role involves factory and office duties with a fixed shift pattern, Saturday to Wednesday, 6am-3:30pm.

You will monitor quality, support audits, and assist with training while ensuring food safety compliance and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate has strong communication, IT skills (Excel/Word/Outlook), attention to detail, and at least one year in food manufacturing.
