Food Production Operator - Caerphilly Full time - Immediate Starts - Day & Night Shifts

We're recruiting Food Production Operators for a well established food manufacturing site in Caerphilly. This is full time, long term work with immediate starts and guaranteed weekly hours.

What you'll be doing

• Production line work - operating machinery, packing, and maintaining product quality
• Food handling tasks - working safely within hygiene guidelines
• Quality checks - ensuring products meet site standards
• Team support - helping the line hit daily targets

Shifts (must be available weekdays & weekends)

• Days: 6am-6pm
• Nights: 6pm-6am
• Full time only
• Weekend availability required

Pay Rates

• £12.71 per hour - Days
• £15.89 per hour - Nights
• Saturday & Sunday overtime available
