Food Production Operator - Training Provided, Temp-to-Perm

Gap Personnel Limited is seeking a Food Production Operative in Warminster. You will work hands-on in the factory production area, handling ingredients, weighing and portioning, and packaging finished goods.

Training will cover basic equipment operation, with a focus on safety, hygiene and HACCP based standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, good teamwork and the ability to work in a repetitive, fast-moving environment on your feet for most of the shift.
