Food Production Operatives (Corby)

We are looking for Food Production Operatives for one of our clients based in Corby - a well established food production company specialising in high volume pastry manufacturing. As a Food Production Operative, you'll be working in a fast paced production environment, supporting the smooth running of daily operations. This is a hands on role involving packing, assisting in production, palletising, and general food handling duties. The role is physically demanding, so candidates must be fit and prepared for an active shift in a temperature controlled environment of approximately 12 C.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Assist in production processes, ensuring smooth workflow
• Palletise finished goods and prepare them for dispatch
• Handle raw materials and ingredients safely
• Follow health and safety and food hygiene procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area

Requirements

• Ideally some experience in food production or warehouse work (but not essential)
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced environment
• Looking for a long term opportunity with potential for a permanent role
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Hours & Pay

Panama shift pattern

• Days (6:00am - 6:00pm): £12.21 per hour / Overtime £18.32 per hour
• Nights (6:00pm - 6:00am): £15.26 per hour / Overtime £22.89 per hour
