Food Production Operative - bakery

We are currently recruiting experienced Food Production Operatives (Bakery) for one of our well-established Client based in Trafford Park, Manchester.
This is a full-time, ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Main Duties- Supporting with bread and rolls production
- Slicing, stacking, and packing products
- Working on the production line
- Operating machinery such as bread slicers
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
The role involves rotating across all three shifts.
- AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday to Saturday)
- PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Sunday to Friday)
- Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Sunday to Friday)
8 hour shifts, 20 minute unpaid break, working 5-6 days per week, approx. 40 hours per week.
£12.21/hour.
Key Responsibilities- Baking a variety of Polish breads and confectionery items
- Assisting on the production line
- Operating bakery machinery
- Proven experience as a baker or within a food production environment (overseas experience is welcome)
- Ability to carry out heavy lifting
- Good understanding of food hygiene standards
