Food Production Line Manager: Lead Teams & Quality

Brioche Pasquier UK is seeking a Production Line Manager for our Milton Keynes facility. You will lead production teams, drive quality standards, and ensure safe, compliant, and cost effective manufacturing operations that meet consumer and client expectations.

You will own day-to-day production performance, foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement, and balance leadership with operational excellence to protect quality and safety across the line.
