Food Production Line Manager - Lead Teams & Improve Output

INDCOM is seeking a Production Line Manager for a food manufacturing site in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead production teams, manage schedules, ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance. This hands-on leadership role drives daily targets and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor OEE, efficiency and waste, collaborate with Engineering and Planning, and develop staff to sustain a culture of excellence. Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, permanent position.
