A well-established food manufacturer is looking for a Factory Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing and proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for coaching and developing teams while managing production efficiency.
