Food Operations Trainer: Shift Flex & Food Safety

Broughton Group has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Trainer to join their food manufacturing team in Greater London. This role requires developing the food safety and technical skills of the food production team, with flexible shifts on a 4 days on, 4 days off basis.

Key responsibilities include training staff on food safety, compliance, and machine operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing and a passion for training and development.
