Food Innovation & Range Architect

BWG Foods is seeking a commercially minded Food Range Development and Innovation Manager in Ireland. You will shape BWG's Food-to-Go offer across deli, fresh food, grab-and-go and emerging concepts, balancing consumer insight with commercial strategy.

You will lead ideation through pilot, national rollout, and ongoing optimization, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to build compelling ranges and differentiated propositions for retailers.
