About this position

Lost Shore Surf Resort is the largest inland wave pool in Europe, located next to Europe's largest indoor climbing arena. We offer three open kitchens, a bar/café, an in house market, a private event space and a public event programme.

About the role

Food and Beverage Team members are essential parts of the F&B Front of House and Events team. Working closely with the F&B Manager, Assistant Manager and Team Leader, you will provide a world class visitor experience while ensuring safety, hygiene and legal compliance.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the management team to exceed visitor expectations, meet satisfaction targets, and act on feedback to maintain high standards.
• Work as part of a team to create a positive work environment, adapt to feedback, stay informed, and address issues promptly.
• Adhere to LSSR's Health and Safety policy, maintain personal training records, comply with Risk Assessments, and operate within licence and permit parameters.

Additional Information

Flexible schedule is required. The resort operates seven days a week, so early morning, late evening and weekend work will be necessary.

Pay range

£12.71 per hour (United Kingdom)
