Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of foodand beverages in the restaurant, bar and room service.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensureprompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards indining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service
• Provide recommendations on menu items andspecials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensuresmooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Handle payments, process transactionsaccurately, and maintain cash handling procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage rolepreferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent customer service skills with afriendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment and remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings,weekends, and holidays
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
