About This Role

We're looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader for Sudbury Hall, Sudbury. This is a permanent, part time role (30 hours per week). Working pattern: Friday-Monday in term time, weekends during school holidays. Salary: £20,670 per annum (pro rated).

What You'll Be Doing
  • Give day to day support to the team and ensure consistently great service.
  • Manage both front of house and back of house activities, serving guests and preparing light meals.
  • Maintain accurate displays, signage and food appearance.
  • Supervise induction and training of new colleagues.
  • Assist kitchen team with food preparation as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development.
