Food and Beverage Team Leader

Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for an F&B Supervisor to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life!

We are looking for someone who can work Full Time (40 hours per week).

As an F&B Team Leader (Full Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties

• Support to lead and develop the F&B Team - you will be supporting the F&B Managers to lead our team by providing training and support to our team members, helping build the teams capability and leading by example. Experience working in a similar role within a Hospitality environment is required, or detailed evidence of completing supervisory duties within your role!
• Working in a team to create an excellent environment for our guests, staying aware intolerances and allergies - you will be working closely with our wider F&B team and Kitchen team to ensure our guests have an excellent experience, you will communicate in a positive and clear manner and be aware of existing allergen information and training. Excellent communication and personable skills are essential for this role!
• Dealing with any detailed guest requests or service recoveries - you will be supporting the team to manage any service recoveries in an effective manner to produce the best outcomes, and work with any specific guest requests that require an extraordinary level of service. Experience dealing with high level service recoveries and being able to problem solve on your feet is an essential part of this role!
