Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Leader Full Time
Location: Novotel Glasgow
ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
Ensure the Food & Beverage outlet(s) run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service.
Give attention to detail, ensuring that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
Involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
Work duty manager shifts as and when required.
Key Tasks- Organise the daily operations of the Food & Beverage team.
- Ensure 5-star service quality across all F&B areas including Restaurant, Conference and Events, In Room Dining, and Bar.
- Lead by example, motivate and coordinate the Food & Beverage team to exceed guest expectations.
- Communicate feedback and key information to the Food & Beverage leadership team.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Conduct team training to align with brand and service standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to support menu implementation and delivery.
- Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operational requirements.

Fluency in English is required. Experience in hospitality management preferred.
