Food & Beverage Supervisor: Guest-Centric Lead, 40h, Guaranteed Hours

The Palace Hotel, Southend-on-Sea by IHG is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role involves hands-on leadership on the restaurant floor, guiding colleagues and ensuring high service standards.

You will work across 40 hours per week with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams, maintaining awareness of ingredients, dietary requirements, and guest safety while upholding IHG's renowned hospitality.
