Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a Food and Beverage Supervisor for a bustling 4 star boutique Hotel in North County Dublin.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our clients team in a busy 4-star hotel with a high-volume and diverse F&B offering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, bar, and events service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and banqueting
  • Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team to deliver outstanding service standards
  • Ensure smooth service during busy periods, acting as a hands-on leader on the floor
  • Assist in staff training, development, and performance management
  • Monitor service quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards in line with hotel policies
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or high-volume F&B environment
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong customer service focus with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work five days over 7
  • Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety standards
  • Experience in banqueting and events service
  • Wine and beverage knowledge
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Hospitality qualification (preferred but not essential)
