Food & Beverage Supervisor

You will support the Food & Beverage Manager, collaborate with your Head of Department, and motivate the team to deliver memorable experiences to guests. In this busy role you will lead by example, inspire excellent guest care, and help maintain positivity during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage Manager to manage daily operations and supervise service delivery
• Help meet and exceed guests' expectations by offering exceptional hospitality
• Support the training and coaching of new team members
• Bring creative ideas to the table and share them with the team
• Lead by example and let your personality shine through
• Support the delivery of events to create standout moments for guests
