Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team in the Club Room
• Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities
• Ensure the delivery of quality, healthy meals and exceptional service to members
• Maintain a comfortable environment where members can work, relax or socialize

Qualifications

• Self motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service
• Strong team player with collaboration skills
• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
