About the Role:

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead and inspire the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets at Templeton Garden, including:

  • Our vibrant restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • A stylish and curated cocktail bar
  • A warm and welcoming café
  • Room service operations

You will oversee service delivery, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance-ensuring each outlet operates seamlessly and reflects the Miiro commitment to authenticity, creativity, and community.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage all F&B departments with hands-on presence and attention to detail
  • Develop and mentor a passionate team, fostering a culture of service excellence and personal ownership
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Bar Manager, and Café team to ensure consistency and innovation across menus and experiences
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, compliance, and guest satisfaction
  • Drive performance through smart forecasting, cost control, and strong service recovery
  • Elevate the Miiro guest journey through thoughtful storytelling, brand alignment, and emotional connection

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-outlet F&B operations, ideally within lifestyle or boutique hotel environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A guest-centric mindset with a passion for creating memorable moments
  • Solid understanding of revenue and cost management
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams
