An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the management team of Great National South Court Hotel, Raheen, County Limerick. This is a full-time position offering excellent career development.

The RoleThis is a full-time role, working an average of 42.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Assist food & beverage operations across the hotel's restaurant, bars, and conference/function areas
- Lead, motivate and support a team of approximately 25-30 staff members
- Ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times
- Liaise closely with the kitchen team regarding menus and food service
- Assist with weekly rostering and departmental administration
- Support staff training and development
- Drive sales initiatives in conjunction with the sales team
- Cover duty management shifts across the hotel when required
- Work closely with the wider hotel management team on daily operational needs
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a busy 3 /4 hotel
- Strong background and knowledge of food & beverage operations
- HACCP trained
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a hands on approach
- Ability to multi-task and assist in all operational areas when required
- Experience in conference & banqueting and events is desirable
- Experience using hotel front office systems is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Flexible, enthusiastic and willing to learn
