We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
What will the role involve?As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the delivery of an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our restaurants, bars, and service areas operate to the highest standards. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you will oversee the smooth and efficient running of all food and beverage operations, ensuring service teams are well supported, service stations are fully prepared, and all dining spaces are presented impeccably.
You will take ownership of maintaining consistency in our food and beverage offering, upholding brand standards, and driving a culture of excellence across the department. A confident and collaborative leader, you will motivate and guide your team on the floor, fostering strong communication, professional development, and a commitment to outstanding service.
This is a full time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

- You will have previous restaurant and bar or food and beverage experience, with the confidence to work as part of a team and deliver exceptional service standards in a fast paced, busy hospitality environment.
