About the RoleWe are currently recruiting an experienced and hands on Food & Beverage Manager to join a well-established hospitality business in North Donegal, within close proximity to Letterkenny.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to take full ownership of Food & Beverage operations while also gaining exposure across the wider hotel through Duty Manager responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all Food & Beverage operations
- Act as Duty Manager, supporting the overall running of the hotel
- Lead, train and motivate F&B teams to deliver exceptional service
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
- Manage staffing levels, rostering, and daily operations
- Monitor costs, labour, and overall departmental performance
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and company standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
- Assist with weddings, events, and banqueting operations
- Work closely with senior management to improve service and drive business
- Substantial experience in an F&B supervisory / management role
- Strong background in a hotel environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience managing guest expectations and complaints
- Knowledge of cost control, labour management, and stock control
- Good understanding of HACCP and health & safety compliance
- Positive, hands on approach with strong organisational skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and shifts
- Salary €35,000 - €37,000 (depending on experience)
