Job Description

Food and Beverage Manager (HOT0CHFR)

Location: Hilton Liverpool, 3 Thomas Steers Way, Liverpool L1 8LW.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all food and beverage outlet operations.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team.
  • Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Work within budgeted guidelines for food, liquor costs, and payroll.
  • Set departmental targets, objectives, schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate on menu development with the food and beverage team.
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes.
  • Motivate team members to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Conduct annual and mid year appraisals with direct reports.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure communications meetings are held and minutes recorded.
  • Be environmentally conscious and compliant with health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments as needed and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all applicable legislation.
Qualifications
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in food and beverage.
  • Ability to meet financial targets.
  • Compliance with all food and beverage brand standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to develop team members and oneself.
  • Flexibility to respond to varying work situations.
  • Capability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service is highly desirable.
Compensation

Annual salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000.
