Overlooking the gaming floor, our elegant gallery-style restaurant offers a refined menu of international classics, and we're looking for a passionate leader to oversee its daily operations.
You'll need to be confident in your abilities, have a passion for delivering great food and drink experiences, and be able to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personability.
This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team. You'll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards.
Beyond that, you'll navigate the intricate web of health and safety regulations to prioritise everyone's well-being and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Complementing this, your working knowledge of stocks, ordering and stocktaking result analysis will support and drive our mission to becoming the UK's most loved Casinos.
Qualifications- Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation
- A good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- Minimum level 3 food safety. (Either current or expired)
- A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers
