Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager job opening at Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel

As the friendly face of the 399 guest bedrooms, 7 Meeting and Events (M&E) spaces, Atrio Restaurant and Bar, and In-Room Dining at the stylish Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.

As our F&B Manager, you will lead by example, demonstrating to the team how to deliver a memorable experience to our guests.

We are looking for our F&B Manager, who will:

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, team recruitment and training, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Ensure all F&B outlets (M&E, Bar, Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Breakfast operation) run smoothly to encourage guest return.
  • Inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members and the F&B Leadership team.
  • Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure safety compliance.
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, mornings, mid, and late evenings.
  • Respond professionally to guest complaints.

  • Have previous experience as an F&B Manager in a hotel environment.
