We're looking for a Food & Beverage Manager with a hands-on, floor-focused approach to support the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing day-to-day operations at this newly opened five-star hotel in Madrid.

This role is all about being front and centre: setting the pace on the floor, ensuring excellence in service, and upholding standards across the hotel's multiple dining outlets.

This stunning property benefits from multiple outlets inclusive of restaurants and bars, with a conference and events space - you will need to have experience in all of the above.

You could be an existing F&B Manager, or looking to step up into that role - we are open as long as you have strong leadership qualities and a passion for guest experience.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Dynamic, visible leadership - always one step ahead of the service
• Proven experience in luxury hotels with multiple F&B outlets (essential)
• Motivated and experienced, with a clear drive to improve guest experience
• Experience in 5-star luxury hotel properties
• Complete confidence across all day-parts: breakfast, lunch, dinner, large conference and events, and bars
• The ability to motivate, inspire, and maintain high standards on every shift
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong skills in team management
• Forbes & LQA experience essential
