Job Description
Food & Beverage Manager - Locke (Broken Wharf, London) 
We are seeking a natural leader with calm composure under pressure and strong organisational skills to oversee the Food & Beverage team and report to the General Manager.
Responsibilities Service Delivery- Take responsibility for understanding, meeting, and exceeding quality objectives and KPIs.
- Act as an SME in the relevant area and foster a knowledge culture in F&B.
- Ensure full familiarity with company policies, SOPs, processes, operations, products, brands, promotions, and services.
- Handle escalations, support the team, respond to telephone and email inquiries, and resolve issues professionally in line with each brand approach.
- Follow edyn policies and procedures to ensure smooth customer service processes and satisfaction.
- Log and manage complaints according to the edyn complaints procedure, providing solutions and follow up within timeframes.
- Liaise with operations, reservations, and finance to resolve issues efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure seamless daily operations while balancing efficiency with high service standards.
- Lead and mentor the F&B Head Host and Head Chef, driving a strong service culture that maintains brand reputation.
- Oversee guest satisfaction, seek feedback, and implement systems to continually improve service delivery.
- Implement relevant cost control measures while maintaining a premium guest experience.
- Understand and embody edyn values.

- Take full responsibility for the P&L for F&B, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

- Regularly review budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high performing team.

• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Relevant experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Experience within the F&B industry is crucial, with a focus on progressively increasing responsibility.
- An understanding of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails, is desired.
- Experience with financial management and budget controls is useful for cost management and profitability.
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
- Experience leading and managing teams, including training, development, and performance management.
- Ability to motivate, supervise staff, delegate tasks, and make effective decisions.
- Excellent people management skills with a proven record of developing teams.
- Advanced knowledge of food and beverage systems and service delivery.
- Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving abilities.
- Capability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality POS technology systems, inventory management, stock ordering, and reporting software.
