Rudding Park seeks an exceptional Food and Beverage Director to elevate our award-winning resort's F&B offering. You will lead an integrated operation across Clocktower, Horto, bars, room service, conferences and banqueting, shaping concepts, guest experiences and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will partner with the Executive Chef, drive innovation, and create a culture of exceptional service. This is a high-visibility role at a luxury resort in Harrogate.
