The company's headquarters is located in Rolle (VD).DIRECTOR (M/F) JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilitiesWithin the Eldora Entity, you will have complete responsibility for overseeing all activities of the site. You will supervise several points of sale, including a VIP restaurant, traditional spaces, as well as event and catering activities. You will ensure the performance and financial health of each entity while guaranteeing impeccable service quality, in line with the high standards of the catering sector. As a true conductor, you will lead and unite the teams, ensure strict compliance with HACCP standards as well as hygiene and cleanliness standards, and be responsible for daily excellence. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure coherence, quality, and development of the F&B offering.We are looking for a graduate professional in management or hospitality, with confirmed experience in high-end sector. You have solid expertise in the simultaneous management of multiple restaurants or concepts as well as a perfect understanding of the requirements and peculiarities of high-stakes environments. A deep knowledge of the Swiss market is essential. You stand out for your excellent interpersonal skills, impeccable professionalism, and sharp sense of service.
