- Be friendly, approachable and naturally focused oncustomer service
- Enjoy working as part of a team

- Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, includingweekends
- Previous Food and Beverage or hospitalityexperience is helpful but not essential
- Deliver warm, friendly and professional service toall guests
- Take food and drink orders and serve them efficiently
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere throughout thehotel
- Share your knowledge of our menus and drinksofferings
- Support your colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-dayoperations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness,presentation and service
