About the RoleAs a Food & Beverage Associate, you will deliver exceptional hospitality across Maslow's private members' clubs, supporting restaurant, lounge, bar, meeting room, private dining and events operations.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a premium service environment and understands the importance of personalised guest experiences. You will be confident working across multiple service styles, anticipating member needs, and delivering warm, polished and efficient service at all times.
Working closely with the F&B, Events and Membership teams, you will help create memorable experiences that reflect the standards and values of Maslow's.
Key Responsibilities Member & Guest Experience- Deliver a personalised, attentive, and intuitive service to members and guests
- Build rapport and anticipate needs to enhance the overall club experience
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations across food, beverage, and events offerings
- Handle requests and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Prepare and serve coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages to company standards
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and wellness/functional menu elements
- Upsell thoughtfully to enhance the member experience
- Set up and maintain service areas with correct mise-en-place
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels are maintained at all times
- Follow all opening/closing procedures and cash handling protocols
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery
- Support delivery of private dining, meeting room service, and member events
- Set up rooms according to event briefs (layout, AV, table settings, etc.)
- Serve food and beverages during meetings and events with precision and discretion
- Monitor event spaces (cleanliness, lighting, comfort, functionality)
- Understand event schedules, key clients, and requirements to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times
- Adhere to licensing laws, health & safety, and company policies
- Ensure all areas (restaurant, bar, meeting rooms) are clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Accurately process payments and maintain records
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality, restaurant, hotel, private members' club, events or premium customer-facing environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building genuine rapport with members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished and confident service style
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards
- Ability to work across restaurant, bar, lounge, events and meeting room service
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues across departments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and member events as required
- Experience working in a private members' club, luxury hotel, premium restaurant or high-end hospitality venue
- Barista experience
- Cocktail and wine knowledge
- Experience delivering private dining, events or meeting room service
- Personal Licence holder or licensing knowledge
- Interest in food, beverage, wellness and lifestyle hospitality concepts
