There has never been a more exciting time to join our award-winning team. We are now seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Assistant to join The Oak Room, our Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant.

The Oak Room

The Oak Room is Adare Manor's signature dining destination, open exclusively for dinner service. Set within a beautifully oak-panelled dining room with an adjoining private dining space, The Oak Room welcomes both resident and non-resident guests for an evening of understated luxury.

Under the leadership of Head Chef Michael Tweedie, the menu celebrates the finest seasonal Irish produce, thoughtfully sourced from our trusted family of producers. Cooking with restraint, respect, and creativity, the culinary team delivers an experience that is both polished and warmly personal - all within one of the most atmospheric dining rooms in Ireland.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant in The Oak Room, you will play a vital role in delivering an impeccable, seamless dining experience. You will be a natural host - attentive, intuitive, and confident - with the ability to engage guests effortlessly while maintaining the highest standards of service.

You will take pride in every detail, from presentation to product knowledge, and bring genuine warmth and personality to each interaction.

The Ideal Candidate

• Immaculately presented, confident, and personable
• Naturally engaging, with a passion for delivering refined yet relaxed service
• Demonstrates a deep appreciation for fine dining, wine, and gastronomy
• Strong attention to detail and an instinctive understanding of luxury service
• Knowledgeable in food and wine, with a desire to continually learn and refine skills
• Previous experience in a similar fine-dining or luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable
