We are currently recruiting a Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our In-Room Dining team.

Our In-Room Dining service offers guests the opportunity to enjoy exceptional cuisine in the comfort and privacy of their rooms and suites, delivering the same high standards of service and presentation found across all of our dining outlets. This role is integral in ensuring that each guest experience is seamless, personalised, and truly memorable.

• Deliver exceptional in-room dining service in a professional, discreet, and timely manner
• Accurately take guest orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu offerings
• Ensure all food and beverage items are presented and delivered to the highest standards
• Set up, service, and clear guest rooms efficiently and respectfully
• Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring orders are complete and correct
• Liaise effectively with the kitchen and wider Food & Beverage teams
• Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised and attentive service experience
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is desirable
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced luxury environment
