Food and Beverage Assistant - Bank

Shift Details

7 am - 3 pm / 11 am - 7 pm / 7 am - 7 pm / 7 am - 11 am / 3 pm - 7 pm

Responsibilities

• Support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.
• Help residents choose meal options when dining.
• Ensure standard operating procedures for dining tables are met.
• Keep the front of the house clean, tidy, and well presented; remove and replenish dirty crockery throughout the day.
• Maintain fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options in the bistro areas.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements and accommodate them.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services.

Qualifications & Experience

• High standards of personal hygiene.
• Experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel (desirable).
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (beneficial).
• Ability to live the values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable.

Additional Requirements

• DBS Disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
