Folding & Finishing Operator - Quality & Efficiency

Salary: 28k-32k € basic (depending on experience)

A well established, highly reputable packaging company is looking for someone to manage the operation of finishing equipment, particularly folding machines, maintaining quality, efficiency and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct job is set on the machine and monitor quality of work produced; make adjustments to maintain quality and output.
• Maintain a safe and tidy machine area, conducting stock checks on machine parts and reordering when necessary.
• Manage work in accordance with deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Be open minded, adaptable, and quick to learn new techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Flexible team player with a wealth of finishing experience, applying knowledge and skills to each task.
• Strong organisational skills, pride in work environment.
• Ability to learn new techniques quickly.
