FOH Supervisor - Lead Service, Coaching & Ops Excellence

Big Mamma in Dublin is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor at Gloria Osteria. You will report to the Front-of-House Manager and embody our values of excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurship, and authenticity in daily service.

You will oversee service quality, guest welcome, table turnover, staff coaching, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, stock and cash handling, and ensure hygiene standards while driving team cohesion.
