FOH Restaurant Leader & Team Coach

The Bear is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead the Front of House team and maintain exceptional service, presentation and cleanliness standards. You will build strong relationships with the kitchen, train staff and handle customer enquiries, bookings and events to ensure smooth daily operations.

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is essential, with a desire to progress; management experience is desirable.
